Coming to Your Voice / Exploring the Creative Process

May 23-24, Sunday 3 p.m. until Monday 3 p.m.

All of us have a voice. Some of us are comfortable with it and some not. This workshop is to help us get in touch with our voice and creative process in a very relaxed setting with no expectations whatsoever. We will explore this process through chanting, meditation, and going within. By expressing ourselves through art, we will create a group mandala artwork. In various spiritual traditions, mandalas may be employed for focusing the attention of aspirants and adepts, and as an aid to meditation. Creating mandalas, chanting and meditating should bring us to a greater understanding of the process being more important than the goal.
