3-day Centering Prayer Retreat

April 20-22, Sunday 6 pm until Tuesday 3 pm

This retreat is designed for those who would like a more prolonged experience of this form of prayer but are unable to attend an Intensive Retreat. The retreat is intended to help persons develop and sustain regular practices, and to discover or build local support groups. Retreatants will participate in worship, Centering Prayer, optional review, light exercise and have opportunities for solitude and reflection. To facilitate an ever deepening level of interior silence and attentiveness to the presence of God, there will be periods of silence.

During the course of this retreat, instruction in Centering Prayer will be offered to those new to the practice. For experienced practitioners, there will be extensive periods of prayer.
