From Fear to Freedom: A New Year's Retreat

December 30, 2007 - January 1, 2008, Sunday 6 p.m. until Tuesday 11 a.m.

What does the coming year hold in store for me, my family, my community? How do I let go of the baggage of the past and open to possibility in the coming year? How do I meet what comes my way with gracefulness and equanimity? Drawing upon the tools of mindfulness meditation, we will approach the above questions from a place of direct experience, with special emphasis on how we can transform fear into freedom.
