MEALS

To accommodate large groups, or multiple groups, meal times may occasionally be changed. Group leaders will be notified of the changes and changes will also be posted conspicuously in the Lobby of St. Mary’s Hall and, when applicable, in St. Joseph's Hall.

Beverage service is included in the adult room rates for St. Mary’s.

GROUNDS USE

Grounds Use Fee $ 5000.00
When the Center's schedule permits, individuals and groups may reserve the beautiful valley view grounds for weddings and other social functions. St. Mary's Sewanee provides the grounds only; all amenities required for the function must be handled by the booking party. A $1000 non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is due in 30 days.
St. Mary's Sewanee has a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit policy.

Group reservations for St. Mary's are required to pay a $50 per person deposit within thirty days from the date the reservation is made. Group reservations for St. Joseph's require a $25 per person deposit.

St. Mary's Sewanee rates are subject to change with not less than ninety (90) days notice.
