St. Mary’s Sewanee’s chef and dining staff strive to find delicious, creative, and satisfying ways to meet guests’ expectations and dietary needs, while providing foods that create health and vitality within each person.
Our chef, Emily Wallace, along with her staff, prepares delicious meals with generous portions for your day or overnight retreat. Your entire group will dine together, starting at the same time.
Vegetarian, vegan, and other special dietary options can be accommodated with advance notice. You are welcome to bring any supplemental foods that you feel you may need. There is a small refrigerator in the lobby for your use.
Meals are provided as an add-on package and are served in our dining room. In the fall of 2016 we added a screen porch for your dining enjoyment.
