Come share this spiritually uplifting experience as artist Tracy Sugg sculpts a Portrait of Christ in clay as we watch and learn. With inspirational music and remarkable skill, Tracy will create a unique sculpture of Jesus Christ in real-time. The event will be followed by a reception with light refreshments.

With an attention to detail that brings life to her portraiture and an immediacy to her figurative work, Tracy’s work combines the classical beauty of the Baroque with the expression of the Impressionist.  Tracy’s sculptures can be found from the United States Military Academy at West Point to a city park in Kosciusko, Mississippi, as well as in numerous churches, businesses, and private collections across the country and in Europe.

Tracy H. Sugg began her career with a strong background in figurative oil painting before completing an eight-year apprenticeship under Master Sculptor Sam Gore.  She has conducted personal studies in France and Italy on figurative sculpture focusing on the Baroque and Neoclassical styles.  Starting with an exhibit of her work in the Rotunda of the Russell Senate building in Washington DC in 2000, her bronze sculptures and life-size monuments have been installed in New York, Sante Fe, Colorado, Mississippi and at MTSU in Tennessee.
