“The experience of having a conscious connection to something is a state of yoga—a joyful, blissful, fulfilling experience.” ~Saraswat
Join Donna Ortner for an introduction to mindful yoga. Cultivate a stable attention, an open and strong body and a deeper connection to inner stillness through the traditional practices of yoga. Donna will guide you through a slow and steady practice that weaves together breath, movement and meditation practices to release tension and leave you feeling more grounded and calm and nurture your capacity for greater joy, compassion and peace. Cultivating a mindful presence through the traditional practices of yoga, helps us to bolster essential health in mind, body and soul. This workshop is open to all. Although no yoga experience is needed to participate, the ability to stand and move comfortably for 45 minutes and get up and down from the floor with ease is recommended.
