The Heart of Spiritual Living —
One Teaching: Perennial Wisdom; One Practice: Be a Blessing
The Rig Veda teaches, “Truth is one. Different people call it by different names.” Sadly, we live in a time when the names have come to replace the Truth, and the very idea of Truth has yielded to the narcissism of sacred opinion.
Our goal in this seminar is simple: to return to Truth. We call this Truth Perennial Wisdom, the four–fold insight at the mystic heart of the world’s religions:
-
-
- All reality is a manifesting of a non-dual Aliveness called by many names.
- You have the innate capacity to awaken in, with, and as this Aliveness.
- Awakening to Aliveness calls you to be a blessing through the Golden Rule.
- Awakening to Aliveness and being a blessing is your highest calling.
-
Blending conversation and contemplation, we reveal what it is to be spiritually awake and culturally woke in a time of darkening fear, anger, and desperation.
Recommended reading before the workshop: The World Wisdom Bible which is available for purchase here.
One River Wisdom School fosters religious literacy and spiritual maturation in a welcoming, contemplative setting.
