Middle TN Contemplative Outreach Hosts Annual Gathering

Contemplative Outreach of Middle Tennessee will host its 12th Annual Gathering on Saturday, October 6, 2018, 8 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Registration Sign-in Begins at 8 am, Program at 8:30 am), at Franklin First United Methodist Church  120 Aldersgate Way, Franklin, TN  37069 

Join us as we gather for Centering Prayer, conversation, and a presentation by Mary Anne Best. The morning begins with fellowship, coffee and delicious, light breakfast foods.
Mary Anne’s topic will be “The Four Consents – A Journey Into the Fullness of Life.”

Mary Anne Best is the finance and development director for Contemplative Outreach, overseeing the stewardship of financial resources and fundraising to support programs and offerings.
Mary Anne also edits and coordinates the production of new works of Thomas Keating, organizes and staffs Centering Prayer retreats, and is a principal writer for online courses and the Contemplative Life Program (CLP).
She is a member and trustee of a contemplative Christian church community in Austin, Texas; mother and grandmother of two beloved grandchildren; and enjoys the silence, walking, yoga, nature, and travel with beloveds to faraway places.
