Check In and Check Out

Check in is at 3:00 pm Central Time.
Check out is 11:00 am Central Time.

Late check out must be pre-approved.

$50 late fee will be applied to your account for late check out.

Hospitality

Coffee and hot teas are available 24/7 in the lobby of St. Mary’s Hall. While it can be spotty, most cell phone service will work. High-speed wireless Internet is available throughout campus.

Linens, towels, and blankets, soap & shampoo are provided.

Laundry services are available upon request. For personal laundry, there is a fee of $15 per load - wash/dry/fold only, no ironing.

First Aid Kits are available in the common areas in each building.

Gratuities are Accepted

While their service comes from the heart, gratuities are a meaningful way to honor the dedication of our part time staff (kitchen, housekeeping, front desk).

These gifts are received with deep gratitude and can be made at the tip boxes in the lobby and kitchen or by Venmo (>stmaryssewanee<).
